Panoramic photo stitching workshop/demonstration – North Narrabeen headland
 
  • Ever wanted to take high quality, panoramic landscape images but no lens seems to be wide enough? 
  • Tried the pano feature on your smartphone but seeing mixed results? 
  • The best solution is to use a camera with manual controls such as a DSLR or mirrorless camera to take several photos and stitch the images together.

Bring your camera and take your own images to that you can stitch together.


In this workshop you will learn:
  • Overview of the panoramic stitch workflow - understand how it all works
  • how to compose a panoramic image that is larger than your viewfinder - thinking outside the box
  • how to set your camera for consistent results - creating a simple step-by-step checklist
  • helpful equipment for taking panoramic images - keeping gear to a minimum
  • understanding possibilities and limitations - manage your expectations
  • using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and or Photoshop to create your masterpiece.
